Navin Muruga

Navin is a certified trainer with over 12 years of experience in talent and business management. He is the Managing Director of Talenpac, a leadership development firm he founded to help nurture emerging leaders.

He spent the early part of his career building and managing a corporate training firm in Kuala Lumpur and as a core member of Michael Page’s management team in Malaysia. Prior to launching Talenpac, Navin was the COO of a FMCG company in Central India.

Navin is also an award winning social entrepreneur. He co-founded MAD, a social enterprise that has helped over 10,000 people gain access to clean drinking water. In 2014, he was awarded the “Entrepreneurs for Good” Award by Arthur Guinness Projects and British Council. In 2016, Navin was selected as an Acumen Global Fellow. The fellowship is a highly selective leadership program that recruits 12 people from across the globe every year for intensive training in in New York.

Charu Agarwal

Charu Agarwal holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Queensland. Her work experience spans from Teach For Malaysia, the UN Refugee Agency, co-founding MAD, a social enterprise that helped people gain access to water and sanitation, to working with marginalized slum communities with a non profit organisation in India.

Beyond her work helping her understand the complexities of poverty and the importance of community engagement, she has developed a deep understanding on how to develop talent within organisations. She has conducted workshops in India and most recently conducted a string of workshops for programs administered by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Malaysia.

She joins Talenpac to develop, manage and run programs targeted at emerging leaders in the corporate and nonprofit sector.
